License Agreement

By purchasing audio samples or downloading free audio samples from Zenhiser or any authorized third party company which sells Zenhiser products you expressly agree and accept this license agreement. Please make sure you read the terms & conditions of this license agreement carefully.

1. Zenhiser.com audio samples (sound ﬁles) are licensed, not sold to you for use in music productions only and Zenhiser reserves any other rights not expressly granted to you.

2. Unlawful copying, duplicating, selling, lending, renting, hiring, broadcasting, uploading or downloading to any database, news groups, servers, computers, ﬁle sharing services or otherwise distributing of Zenhiserʼs sound ﬁles is strictly forbidden. The single user license you purchase is non transferable. Any infringement of this license will be pursued to the fullest extent of international law.

3. The sound ﬁles included within all of Zenhiser's products are licensed, not sold to you for use within your music compositions. You may use Zenhiser sound ﬁles within your compositions for both commercial and non commercial use.

4. The licensor (Zenhiser) will not be held responsible if the sound ﬁles do not ﬁt the particular purpose of the Licensee (you). The sound ﬁles are licensed ʻas isʼ without warranties of any kind. The licensor can not be held responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of any sound ﬁles licensed from Zenhiser in whatever form. The licensor can not be held responsible for any and all infringements that may arise from the use of the sound ﬁles within the licensees musical compositions and productions.

5. Use of Zenhiser sound ﬁles in isolation such as but not limited to, video game soundtracks, gaming machines, toys (where they appear in isolation or as sound effects) is not permitted without ﬁrst obtaining a separate written license (subject to availability) from the licensor. Zenhiser sound ﬁles may not be used both individually and in combination with other sound ﬁles to create alternative sample packs by competitive sample companies.

6. The licensee may use the sound ﬁles in compositions such as, making demos, songs, albums, records, remixes, commercials, jingles, post productions, commissioned pieces, soundtracks for ﬁlm, theatre, musicals, production music libraries and live performances.

7. You can not trade, resell, lend, copy, duplicate, upload or download to any database, servers, ﬁle sharing service any Zenhiser sound ﬁles. The licensor only licenses the sound ﬁles to a single user.

8. The single user license agreement you purchase is non transferable. This means you can not sell any sound ﬁles second hand. By the same logic you can not purchase any Zenhiser products second hand and use them in your music compositions or productions.

By completing the purchase of any Zenhiser Sample Pack or downloading free samples from Zenhiser.com means acceptance of all the terms of the User License Agreement.
