With 68 lead synth loops, 20 stab loops, 14 pluck loops and 50 music loops, there's plenty to get your creative juices flowing. The synths have been cleverly layered to cut through the deeper bass frequencies, whilst the stabs and plucks provide those little musical hooks that seem to find their way into your head and refuse to leave. Add one of the 44 vocal loops, and suddenly your production takes on an entirely different personality. Sometimes that's all a Tech House track needs, a few perfectly chosen elements doing exactly what they're supposed to do and doing them well.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere's some clever layering going on, particularly with the leads and plucks, you might not notice it, but it makes all the difference. The percussion has been programmed with swung 16th note grooves to give everything that lovely Tech House bounce and feel. And there's plenty more. With 625 samples, including 425 loops, 200 one shots and 101 MIDI files, Backroom gives you an incredible amount of flexibility. The MIDI files are especially handy when you want to change the notes, experiment with different synths or take an existing musical idea somewhere completely unexpected.
