How Can I Pay?
At Zenhiser we are fully set up to receive credit card, debit card and most other bank card payments. By using PayPal as our payment engine instead of other merchant bankers we once again keep our product prices low and our security at the highest level. The new payment system we use in conjunction with PayPal means you do not have to have a PayPal account to make a transaction with us, payments can be made instantly using your preferred credit / debit or bank card regardless of where you are based or whether you hold a paypal account. PayPal customers can also pay directly through their log in details.

How Safe & Secure Is My Credit Card & Personal Information?
We use an integrated PayPal system for Zenhiser's payment section of the site which ensures that your information is always safe and secure. PayPal’s extremely high level of encryption and secure technology is one the best services available on the web & currently being used by over 100 million customers worldwide.

What Requirements Do I Need For Downloading From Zenhiser?
If you have a computer, an internet connection and either a credit / debit card or paypal account then you can download from Zenhiser. Our system has been tried and tested on both PC, Mac's and web browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Netscape, Maxthon, Avant & Camino. Downloads are obviously faster on a broadband connection but downloads can still be made on dial up connections aswell.

Where Is My Download Link Email?
PLEASE NOTE: We have recently noticed some Yahoo Mail customers having problems receiving their download link email. If this is the case or you have not received your download link email within 30 minutes please email us at: support(at)zenhiser.com. To correct the problem with future orders please change your Primary Paypal email address or your email supplied with your credit / debit card order to a non Yahoo email address. This will stop the problem happening again.

1.Your download link email is sent to your registered Paypal email address (the one your account is linked to & where your paypal receipt has been sent to) or your nominated email if you have paid by credit / debit card. Please remember to check this first before emailing us.
2. If there is no download link email in your inbox, please check your junk / spam / bulk mail folder as it may have been automatically moved by your email client. If this is the case, add info(at)zenhiser.com to your safe list and mark as 'Safe / Not Junk'. This will stop the problem happening again.

I'm Having Problems Downloading
1. If you are having problems downloading, please try downloading your order first from another computer. This solves the problem in 99.9% of downloading issues.
2. Please check or disable your firewall software and verify your anti virus settings if the file is being blocked from download.
3. All download links are time limited. Your order is active for 48 hours. If you have exceeded your time limit and not downloaded your order, please email us with your Paypal receipt and email address. We will re-activate your purchased order.
4. If your internet connection is lost or broken during download, do not worry, just go back to your download link email and start the download again.
5. Once you have downloaded your zip files, the files will need to be extracted. If you do not have any zip software on your computer then please try Zip Genius for PC or YemuZip for Mac OSX. Both products are freeware. n.b. Zenhiser will not be held responsible for any problems arising from using either zip programs.

What Is An RSS Feed?
RSS stands for 'Rich Site Summary' - a system that allows you to subscribe to feeds containing up-to-date information on your favourite web sites & blogs.
If you use web browsers 'Firefox' or 'Safari' there is no need to download a news reader, these browsers have in built RSS handling. You will also find some email clients including 'Mac Mail' have the same system.
The other option is to download a small piece of software, a RSS News Reader. These are extremely easy to set up and use. Below is a couple of suggested options.

Mac: NetNewsWire, Vienna

How do I view your RSS Feed?
1. Download your preferred RSS Reader
2. Copy the feed url, feed://zenhiser.wordpress.com/feed/
3. You are now be subscribed to the Zenhiser feed. Updates will be downloaded to your computer whenever new information has been added. It's that simple.

Can I Buy Zenhiser Pro Audio Products Anywhere Else?
Our catalogue is exclusively produced for Zenhiser. We do not sell to outside distributors, third party shops or any other territories worldwide. By taking out the middle man we supply our products direct, keeping our prices low and affordable.

What Are The Shipping Charges On My Order?
Absolutely nothing!!! That's right, 100% free shipping. We strive to bring our customers the best deal possible and believe that the price you see is the price you should pay. No extra handling charges, no packaging costs and no no no delivery price.

How Long Is Delivery Time On Sample CD Orders?
We try to make sure all cd orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment. Delivery time for Worldwide customers is usually 3-7 working days. All postage is still subject to a variable time scale based on the customer’s home country postal system.

What About Returns?
Our Sample CD products can be returned for exchange only in the event that the CD is found to be defective. Unfortunately we cannot accept any other type of returns. Due to sample piracy we do not refund download packs or sample cd's. We will always try to solve any problems you might encounter to make your shopping experience with Zenhiser as smooth as possible.

When you purchase a sample cd or a download pack from Zenhiser you are not obtaining ownership of the sounds, you are in fact purchasing a license to use the sounds within your musical compositions, whether or not your compositions are released commercially.
